I have 4 subassemblies that are flexible and by moving one I would like the rest to move accordendly to the parent. But it seems that each one has its own control and does not react to the parent changes. All subassemblies are the same. Is there something I missed?

Flexible always them to move independent within the assembly. You will have to setup mates that control the other compoentn to follow your movements.

Or abandon the Flexible SubAssys, and insert the same SubAssys and use Configurations to control all the movement. I remember having to do this before Flexible was available.
