multi-model balloon on component matching assy

I have an multi-model drawing with a region associated to the main assembly. I need a balloon and/or note on a subsequent sheet (containing a detail of the component) with same number. I can use a parameter in the individual part and sort region with that number as opposed to &rpt.index but was looking for a better way. Any help appreciated.

Hi Diamond,

Are this models part of the same family table. If they are you order (fix index) to have the Item number under different assemblies. If these are totally 2 different assemblies make to drawings.
