Multi-sheet drawings and auto-ballooning parts list

I have a two sheet drawing that I want to have some balloons on the first sheet and some balloons on the second sheet, referencing the same parts list. Is this possible in NX3?

If not, why can't I add a duplicate parts list to the second sheet and use this for the ballooning? Where is the control file for the variable UGII_UPDATE_ALL_ID_SYMBOLS_WITH_PLIST? I get an error message saying this variable should be set to 0 to copy a parts list - what would be the consequences of doing this?

I'm an NX newbie, so please treat as such!

If the variable is set to "0", the balloons will no longer update.
