Multiple Input Message Window

Does anyone know of a way to create or use an input window which can hold up to 10 different inputs before the OK button is pushed?

Not sure exactly what you are trying to achieve - but if its driving your SolidWorks parts and assemblies from this input form I strongly advise you to try DriveWorksXpress.
