Multiple Repeat Regions and Multiple Sheets

Does anyone know how to show balloons on sheet two of a two sheet drawing with multiple repeat regions where the repeat region referenced is on sheet one? In short, how do I select a repeat region that resides on another sheet?

Move your view in sheet 1, display the balloons and move back the view on sheet 2.
