I have been using multiple additive selections for quite a while by using several selection boxes (one at a time) to select all the entities that I want to modify. I opened DraftSight today and every time I start my second set of selections, the first set deselects. The only way I can get multiple selections is by holding the shift key while make in my extra sets of selections.

Did I accidently switch a setting the last time I was in DraftSight? If so, what is/ where is the switch to set it back?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just re-reviewed a search I had previously done for this. Down at the bottom of was a response from CorBlimeyLimey that completely answered this. There is a toggle between single and multiple entries when the Properties box is open. It toggles between a single and multiple selection arrow.

Big Shout Out to CorBlimeyLimey for the entry!![2thumbsup]

Thanks for mentioning Shift-Pick on individual elements. I had been attempting Ctl-Pick (without success) as in all other software programs we use. The help was no help.

Thank you thank you thank you. This was driving me nuts. Somehow that got changed, first on one computer so I started using a second computer, then it got changed too. It was driving me nuts.
