Is it possible in SAP2000 v11 to define a different Time History function at each support in a model? For example if I was modeling a long structure and I had one excitation for one end of my structure and another excitation for the opposite end. If this is possible, how would one go about this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, you could assign a joint displacement at each restraint location with each displacement assigned to a different load case (or group several restraints in the same load case for assigned joint displacement)... then assign different time history functions to each of those displacement load cases.
