Hi,
I'm having a few problems with making a multipoint constraint on my abaqus model.
I'm just making a simple square profile beam, wich is constrained in the one end, and I would like to add a concentrated moment on the other end. I'm fairly new to abaqus, but I've understood that it's best to make a multipoint constraint (a kinematic coupling?) on the moment end, which holds all the nodes toghether, is that right? And then add the moment to the node in the middle.
Does anyone have a "simple" and easily procedure on how to do that?
Thanks in advance!
