I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE DETAILS OF AXIAL THRUST ACTING DIRECTION OF MULTISTAGE PUMP WHILE STARTING AND NORMAL RUNNING TIME..ALSO PROVIDE ME THE INFORMATION REGARDING THE POSITION OF AXIAL THRUST BEARING (SUCTION SIDE OR DISCHARGE SIDE) ?

A multi-stage barrel pump could be designed to thrust in either direction. If the thrust compensating device (balance piston, drum or disk) is designed to fully compensate for thrust, the direction can be indeterminate and can change at different operating conditions (high flow, low flow). It is most common for these pumps to thrust toward the suction when operating at normal conditions. But, this is not always the case. We have pumps that thrust toward the suction at normal flow, but thrust in reverse at minimum flow.

A polite request wouldn't go astray, please and thank you are easy to type - but not in caps.

It is a capital mistake to theorise before one has data. Insensibly one begins to twist facts to suit theories, instead of theories to suit facts. (Sherlock Holmes - A Scandal in Bohemia.)
