A couple of us are co-creating a form in Excel with check boxes, drop downs, etc. What little functionality we have we wanted to keep simple by triggering macros off of the controls rather than writing code, therefore we initially decided to use control objects rather than form objects.

What's happening is after I print or do a print preview, all of the control objects jumble up on the left side of the sheet. This is not happening with anyone else who has worked with the file.

Anybody ever seen or heard of this? Is it a bug or some mysterious setting? Reinstalling Excel is probably the fix, but I just have to deal with the hassel of going thru IT.

Their work-around is:
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, configure the positioning properties of the command button to the Move and size with cells option. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Right-click the command button, and then click Format Control.
2. On the Properties tab, click Move and size with cells.
3. Click OK.
By default, this option is set to the Move but don't size with cells option.
