Can you select it?

If not, try locking your sheet focus or a view to see if it can be selected and removed.

Looks like it's grabbing text from a fastener part - maybe one created using a design table? My guess is you've got an annotation showing through from one of your parts. Find the part, hide the annotation. Godspeed.
