N-sided Patch Missing

I have CREO 4.0.

I am doing surfacing. It seems there are some surfacing commands missing.

One of those surface commands I cannot find is the N-sided Patch. It's not in the ribbon anywhere. And, I can't find it when I do a search.

Any suggestions?
