I have a question about what a certain clause means in N285.0-08. The clause has to do with the information required in the overpressure protection report. The clause is 7.7.7(c)(iv)(3) and asks for "efect of variation in operating time".
I'm not sure what this one means. I think I've glossed over this in the past and haven't dealt with it or it hasn't come up. It goes back to the -95 edition so it's not something new.
Any help would be appreciated.
