Do you need to supply a valve to Nace for Crude Oil service?

I guess it depends on whether the Crude Oil is sweet or Sour and whether the Customer has specified NACE. The question that might arise is whether you might be talking about NACE MR0175/ISO 15156 or NACE MR0103.

Depends on the service conditions and customer specs, and also on the valve body/trim material. Duplex valves, for example, are often not NACE'd. Please share more details on the customer's requirements and specifications.
