I have searched this topic and I can't find the information.
Question:
Is there an upper concentration limit for the NACE MR0175?
Example:
I can see that for carbon steels Rc22 is the max hardness to operate in the SCC zone as depicted by MR0175. But the charts in MR0175 show a limited pressure range and concentration range.
So - would I still be good with this standard if I know that I would be operating at 50% H2S at 10,000 psi? It would definately be in the SCC zone, but would the concentration and the pressure affect the Rc22 rule?
Please advise.
