NACE MR 0175

Hi
Crude oil pipeline is sour and there are some storage tanks in terminal. Can we exclude NACE from these tanks? There is a table that exclude storage tanks in NACE MR 0175 but for flow lines not transportation pipelines.

I have this order where data sheet says heat tratement as per NACE requirement, Is post weld heat treatment necessary for Hatealloy C276(N10276) material necessary as per NACE MR175/ISO15156
