NACE SP 0403

Hi,

I am looking for valves manufacturers of valves (check and gate) which could be compliant with NACE SP 0403.
Usualy our valves are in accordance with NACE MR0175 & MR 0103 and I do not know where I can find those valves (short delivery needed !).

What is the property you are expecting for a NACE SP0403 compliant valve?

I think such a compliance is not existing, since you need to select a material (CS/SS/Nickel steel) using this standard. And SP0403 gives no special composition of the material which is resistant to caustic SCC.

Hi CoCoE,

I really do not know, our Customer insist to have such valves (but we can not suceed to know why !) and usually our valves are according to NACE MR0175 or MR0103. Our main suppliers does not match with this standard and I am not sure that this apply to valves.

Select your valve material in accordance with SP0403 and the process details, and order. As simple as that.
