Nailable Wood/Insulation Sandwich Panel?

I am looking for manufacturers of nailable, wood/insulation sandwich panels for roof applications. The panels should be capable of supporting roof loads and be able to have shingles attached. The structural spans are on the order of 8' to 10'.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
