It looks like a 50xxx grade, straight Cr, 0.60 C.
Maybe 50B60.

I presume that you did the analysis by OE or XRF and that you have very good reference standards?
I say this because since yo listed all of them to 4 places you infer that you have that level of precision, which I don't believe. If this is off of a handheld device or EDS then you could be way off.

Are you really sure that its 50xxx grade? It contains vanadium too?

It also shows Cu, melted from structural scrap?
If the V is real then maybe 6160, but then you wonder about the B.

The second one does not ring a bell with me.
