NAS equivalent for NA fasteners

Hi folks,

I'm searching for a table that gives me the equivalent NAS (inch) fastener for a given NA (metric) fastener.
Particularly I'm looking for an equivalent to the NA0069 (MJ thread) screw with an UNJF thread.

Here's a commercial aircraft quality equivalent A286 SHCS with a UNJF thread form. Not an NAS standard though.
