NASGRO Spectrum input file 1

I'm trying to use NASGRO in order to simulate the crack growth evolution i don't success to put my own spectrum in a file (long block file).
I don't know what is the architecture of this file?

Is anyone can help me please?

nasgro comes with a manual ... have you tried a sample problem ?

yes, i runned a simple problem.
but i want to introduce a load spectrum with more than 100 load conditions.
I am told that i should use long block file.

isn't there an example for running a long block file ?

isn't there a support network ? i mean NASGRO is well known, has been around for a long time ... i'd've thought there was some sort of help around.
