Natural Frequency of Structure

Dear all,

I have been using Ansys 9 earlier and there is direct option for obtaining natural frequencies of structure upto 6 modes.

Just now i upgraded to Ansys 11, and I am not able to find the natural frequency.

Can any one please let me know...where its "hiden"!!

Hello,

if you are using ansys classical there is no difference concerning the modal analysis.

With WorkBench I can't help you...

Hi,
I don't clearly see your point: even in v.11, "Modal" analysis type is still there... You can find it under the "New Analysis" folder, or in the "map of analysis types" panel.
But maybe I haven't understood well...
