NBCC2010 automated wind load in ETABS2013

I can't find the option where ETABS 2013 can generate an automated partial lateral wind loads according to Figure 1-16 in NBCC 2010 like it does in ASCE 7-10 figure 27.4-8
any body can help me to find this option ?
