NDE, passivation & pickling

Is it advisable to do liquid penetration after passivation & pickling of a supper duplex stainless steel (SA-995 Grade 6A).

It shouldn't matter. You LP chemicals should all be certified free of halides and any other harmful chemicals (S, metals, and such).
Now, if you don't have that level of control over the chemicals then you could be in big trouble.
