NEC Medium Voltage Conductor and OCPD Sizing

I need help finding out how to size medium voltage cables and OCPDs depending on load flow.
I know for low voltage it's 80% for cables and OCPDs. But I cannot find for medium voltage (over 600V).
And if you can, also provide the section in the NEC.

I would greatly appreciate the help.

For cable ampacity
310.60 Conductors Rated 2001 to 35,000 Volts.
For OCPD :
Part IX. Overcurrent Protection over 1000 Volts, Nominal
240.100 Feeders and Branch Circuits.
