Need a camera for OCR

I was looking for a camera that can be used for OCR. Can anyone suggest me a good compact camera?

I came across Vadzo Imaging's AR1335 Fixed Focus USB camera. Have anyone used it before? It is good for this purpose? Or should I search the market for some other. Kindly suggest.

Any smartphone with a 4k cam can do OCR using Google translator if you can find a used one cheap enough.
