Need a favor opening a file 2

Hi,
Does anyone have software to open and save this file for me? If so, can you save as a PDF, DWG or DXF. I belive its CoCreate software.

You are in luck ... sort of. i had just finished installing Creo Personal Edition when I read this thread.

However at the moment the best I can offer is a screen shot (PNG) as this version is very limited in it's "Save as" formats.
