Similar to those shown here: https://heli-cal.com/cm/Products/Flexible-Couplings/Home.html
However these do not meet torque requirement: 400 in-lb in both directions.
Shafts are both 3/4" with standard keyways.

I understand that 17-4PH stainless is a good material choice. Most similar couplings seem to be 303/304SS as standard which does not hold up well to corrosion from what I can gather. I am having trouble finding a manufacturer. This one has couplings that meet my specs but they are 303: http://ondrivesus.reachlocal.net/couplings_beam.htm

Submerged time will be several weeks at a time with cleaning in between.

Suggestions?

For seawater you will need something better than 17-4PH at these stresses.
Maybe 13-8PH, but more likely a Ni alloy, 625 might be a good option.
Contact existing producers and see if they will do a custom.

You might also be able to cover the joint with something like a CV joint boot, and fill the cavity with grease. I don't think anyone offers such a thing as standard, but it should be do-able.
