I need some help!!!!

We are looking at finally upgrading from our very old HP650C and I need some advice as to what other machines may be out there and to get user opinions.
I do like the HP's but what I don't like is that the rolls are to small and as we are high end users we can change them up to 3 of 4 times a week. I also don't like how the drawings never seem to stay flat and stack in the tray, especially when you get down to the end of the roll. We did use to have a Calcomp, of course now no longer exist, which suited well, it printed fast, it had a large roll and it always stacked the drawings flat.

Can anyone please give me some advice on what is out there and what they like?

We have had excellent service out of a OCE 9400. I can highly recommend OCE products.

I too like HPs...but even the latest and more expensive models STILL have small roles and STILL don't stack drawings flat.

CadDraftee,

I've always used HP so I too Like them. HP650C, HP755C and now HP 1055C+. The rolls we get from OCE are 36" wide x 300 ft. long.

We use a good quality inkjet bond and don't get much curling except the last few plots. The part No. for the rolls is:

86-1024 36300 24 lb Inkjet bond.
