Need a small piston type water pump, options?

So i am in the process of starting my own auto detailing line and i am making a product currently. i need a mini piston type pump VERY similar to the ones used in your everyday spray bottle. same size and pump flow as well, A outer rod, and piston that perferably uses a u cup seal and is all plastic to keep cost down. The problem i am having is i am not sure where to get any of these parts or any suppliers i can contact. i tried making it from scratch and i am not getting deseried results.

I also need a a rectangle fluid container similair to a shoe shine sponge casing.
