Could someone tell me where can I find a detailed step by step design procedure for cantilever retaining walls. When I said step by step, including earth pressure to reinforcement. Thanks for any help.

The CRSI Handbook, chapter 14 has a detailed design procedure.

Another option try US Army Corps of Engineers manual em110-2-2502 which is downloadable at

It's enough to choke a horse but it gives you everything you need.

It is a true gem for any one who wants to understand retaining walls. It is about 630 pages and has all types of worked examples of 14 types and varieties of retaining wall loading. It has examples for concrete and masonry retaining walls.
