Need advice on assembling rubber grommet to cylinder

I am new to Inventor and would like some advice on an easy way to set up a rubber grommet to assemble to the wall of a cylinder. These thin walled cylinders come in a variety of diameters and the holes vary in location. The flexible grommets must take on the radius of the cylinder that they are assembled to. I couldn't find anything similar to this in the documentation that I have read so far. I would appreciate any help that you could provide.
