Does anyone know of amine SCC tendancy (if any) of duplex Al2003. We would like to use it in a DEA regenerator service in place of 316 stainless steel to avoid piping support changes due to the CTE differences. Operating temperature is typically >250 F. I am not worried so much about chloride SCC as I am about amine. However, if you have chloride SCC info for that service, it would be helpful.

virtually all of the duplex alloys will behave the same. If you can find data for 2205 consider it usable.
