Need associative centroid point

Does anyone have a way of creating an area centroid from a set of curves and then keep that point associative to those curves? Analysis->Advanced Mass Properties->Area using curves is not associative to the selected curves. Any creative solution would be helpful.

If the curves represent a 2D closed loop, extrude a very thin (0.001 mm) solid and then use...

Analysis -> Measure Bodies...

...and select the thin solid body and with the 'Associative' option toggled ON, hit OK and an associative centroid point will be created (see the attached NX 6.0 model as an example).
