Need favor can't open with solidworks12

This must be a Solidworks 2013 file, I can preview but not open.

It is a trailer axle assembly, can one of you kind soles please save as .stp? or .igs

Here's a Parasolid, STP & IGS file.
The SW part was all surfaces, but I didn't check to see how watertight they were. You may have some fixing to do.
