Need GE LodTrak IV Manual

Hello,

I am trying to replace a GE LodTrak IV motor protective relay with a newer microprocessor-based relay. In order to do so I need the dimensions of the cutout and the mounting screw locations. I presume that this information would be in the manual but I have not been able to locate a manual. Does anyone have one or know where I can find one?
