I bought this remote control module to run a dc motor
"433Mhz Wireless Remote Control Switch DC 12V Relay Receiver Module & Remote Controls For DC Motor Forward and Reverse Controller".
and DC Motor is "RS775 High RPM Torque 12V Brushed DC Big Strong Motor, DIY Project (RS-775, Multicolour)".

I am not an engineering student but got this for a DIY project.
I connected these two but the motor is not running. The motor runs fine when I connect it to a 6V 2Amp Adapter but doesnt run when I connect a 12V 1Amp adapter.

What might be the issue? What should I do?

Thanks in Advance

Bharat; The motor needs way more current that 1A. At 6V it can barely get by because 6V reduces the amount of current demanded by the motor. It also reduces the available torque a LOT. When you raise the voltage the motor then needs considerably more current. Get yourself a 12V battery, perhaps something like a motorcycle battery, and you should then have enough current available.
