Hello! I have been tasked with designing and modeling a blade for a desk fan. The only set parameters are a 200cfm output and a 140mm outer diameter powered by a 12v motor to be sourced by me. Although I am a professional CAD guy, this will be my first time working on a project like this. Could you give me some pointers on where to start? Are there tables to look up blade angle, surface, etc? Thanks!

Depends on if you want a fan better than normal fans, then use CFD (and experience and knowledge).
with so many fans to chose from not sure why you need to design one, but you also need to consider how it gets manufacturers. The reason we still use cheaper simple but inefficient fans is not the lack of design of better fans, but because airfoil fans are harder to manufacture.

You are missing important parameters for fan design. For starters at what pressure do you need 200 cfm?

At 200cfm, I suspect that it would be free air delivery for a desk fan.
