need help with heat pumps

Hi everybody,
I need to design a system that blows air on a 100W lamp placed inside a 5x5x5" aluminum box.
airflow and temperature of the air hitting the lamp must be controlled. Temperature ranges from (10 to 100 C)
There are no other sources of heat.

Can you tell me how to approach this problem, I have very little experience with HVAC systems.
I appreciate your help.

Your post requires some clarification. what do you mean by "air flow and temperature of the air hitting the lamp to be controlled" and "temperature ranges from 10 to 100deg.C".

Can I also know what is the purpose?

Basically I'm trying to figure out how to get pressurised air at temperatures ranging from 10 to 100 C.

The purpose is to study te effect of temperature on the life of lamps. Fans are not good enough. The temperature on the surface of a lamp can reach several hundred degrees.
I suspect that room temperature air is sressing the lamp.
I want to be able to go down to 10 for other experiments

I believe the quickest and easiest way for you to accomplish your testing is to look at small environmental test chambers that are designed for that very purpose. If you are only interested in the effects of temperature and not humidity, you should be able to find one of sufficient size for about $5000. Look in the Thomas Register under "Environmental Chambers" to find manufacturers. There are also web sites that deal in used equipment of this type.

When you consider the time that you'll spend designing something from scratch, buying and fabricating hardware and working out the controls, I think that an off-the-shelf chamber would be your best bet by far.
