i am a 4 years experience chemical engineer and i need a book that is simple and helpful in gas operations ,troubleshooting and how to normally start and shutdown equipments used in this field ( with safe instructions ) - i don't read a lot so i need a book that doesn't waste my time with alot of information that i don't need

You've to definitely develop reading habit, because there is always information in a book that you think you don't need, but sometimes you'll need those information.
