Need info on concrete barrier (Jersey Moulds).

I shall be thankful,if someone could provide details regarding Jersey moulds. I need info on the mould and not on the concrete barrier. I am interested in manufacturing mould for this concrete barrier(Jersey Mould). The standards and industry practice as well as any current manufacturer with whom I could interact.
