Need Java-script Badly

Hello, this is my first time posting to this forum so i hope I don't make a complete fool of myself.I am looking for a java script (I guess any language would work) which will place fog at the bottom of my friend's wife's webpage.
If someone could point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate it as my resources have failed me yet once again.

By &quot;fog&quot; I assume you mean &quot;an image that looks like fog,&quot; or, &quot;variable-density transparent haze.&quot; If so, have you experimented with CSS positioning, using layers defined in <DIV></DIV> containers? The O'Reilly book, &quot;Dynamic HTML&quot; is a good reference book.
