Need mini crane for very tight spaces - ideas?

We have a few buildings that have pumps that are about 200lbs with 500lb motors. We need a way to pick these units up and over piping and instrumentation. The lift point is about 10' out and the arm of the unit would have to be at least 6' above the floor to avoid piping. I have been looking at Ruger and Spider Lifts. The areas are really tight. The unit will also have to fit through mandoors. Ideas?
