Need source for "Flexible Cutting Board"

Hi all. I do product development for small company. I am trying to find polypropylene sheet in about 30 to 40 mil thickness for a product called "flexible cutting boards". These cutting boards are now very popular, due to their functionality. I am looking high and low for a company that makes these sheets, with very little success. In Thomas register, almost every company listed under poly sheets, make them starting at 1/16 inch, at least. Also, these sheets might need to be FDA approved for food (or might not be necessary). If anyone has Idea where to look, would be appreciated.
