Need suggestions for promising chemical products

Hi all,
My company is currently producing DNT(Di-nitro toluene), Nitric acid, ammonium nitrate. The DNT is used to make TDI for poly-urethane. All three chemicals are facing severe competition in the market.
Any suggestions for the new products based on these three chemicals will be highly appreciated.

aren't these chemicals explosives?

i would try to use these chemicals in pharmaceuticals or biotechnology which are fields with big investements and profits.
