Any one can give the guideline to make the welding for air service line like O2, No2,
Before welding, during welding and after erection what is the requirment to follow.

on the O2 lines you have a lot to do before placing that line in service.
 
There are high purity gas system standards. Used to be handled by the CGA, not sure if they still do.

Basically you need to Ar purge enough to have welds that are clean (AWS has a tint scale).
Yes, pre-service cleaning of O2 systems in serious.
