need to apply draft

I have tube component having plate inside it. & I would like to apply draft to the plate side surface. (spline is 3d shape having 3 mm thickness)

Tried with V4 & V5 but due to spline shape, don't getting any success

Can someone tell me step by step procedure with v4 (or v5?)

Looks like the question is not clear. The plate (inside tube) having spline shape & need to apply draft at side face of plate around 3 degree.

can you provide a picture of what you're doing? I'm having a hard time understanding a plate inside a tube.

I don’t how to do attachment,

But the dwg is very simple. The tube having circular cross section with spline as profile.

Centre of tube having 3 mm plate throughout the tube that separates the circular cross section into two semi circular cross section.

Approx, The plate having same length as duct

par1 - are you trying to create this as 1 partbody?
Create a new body called Tube
Create a sketch representing the tube profile
Create a rib feature with center spine
Shell the tube if your section did not include wall stock

Create another partbody called Plate
create a sketch representing the plate profile draft could be added here.
create a rib feature with the same center spin
Define in work PartBody
Select both solids (Tube & Plate)
Contextual menu --> Assemble.

I apologize but do have the solid model of duct having plate.

Just want to apply draft on the side face of the plate . I'm asking the step by step procedure @ how to apply draft on side face of plate (plate having the spline shape)

Reply, with catia v4 step by step procedure or if not than with Catia V5.

There is nothing difficult about adding a draft. Have you read your help documents?
