Need to channel a small portion of engine exhaust to an analyzer? What valve should I use?

I need a three-way valve that I could use to split exhaust gas flow from a very small gasoline engine into two flows. I need to control the splitting ratio. For example, if the total flow is 50 L/min, I need to be able to split it into two, e.g., 49 L/min and 1 L/min or 49.5 L/min and 0.5 L/min etc. What product can you recommend?

I would probably try to use a fixed displacement pump. If you just need two speeds you could find a pump with two speeds that meet your needs or maybe even use two pumps that move .5 lpm and turn one on for .5 and both on for 1 lpm.
If you need it to be variable then maybe use a single compressor with a PWM motor or something like that.
