I want to prevent air pollution while the treatment of copper wire with varnish and thinner by enamel plant. During this treatment the temperature is about 550 degree celcius +-10.

Process description: In this process the copper wire ( CC grade – 99.9 % ) of different thickness are used to make a small transformer. This wire is now dipped in Varnish and Thinner and then made to pass through an oven having the temperature of 550 Degree Celcius +- 10.

Copper Wire : CC grade – 99.9 %
Varnish : Terebec-F35A or F35, Beck India Limited
Thinner : Grade-115

During this, fumes are generated which cause the air pollution. I want to make some arrangement / treatment to prevent the air pollution.

For my knowledge please let me know the chemical reaction during process and process of how to treat fumes if possible. For this setup, please give me some suggestion.
