Need to show axis on hex-shaped holes, and slots

In Pro-E, I made a bunch of UDFs (user-defined features) of shapes that contained axis, for dimensioning purposes. I have not found a way in Solidworks to do this.
Basically, I want to automatically have an axis at the center of the hex shaped hole, or the oblong slot.
Any tricks to this?

Have you looked into Library features to see if they will suit your needs?

Create the Hex Hole or Slot feature, create an axis using the sketch feature & the face the feature is created in.
Drag the feature & axis into a Design library > Features > folder of choice.

It sometimes takes a while for the Library Feature manager to open (on my systems anyway), so be patient.
